A little bit about us
Our first child was in a nanny share for 1.5 years and it was a wonderful experience. He’s now in preschool.
Our 7 month old has been in a nanny share for the past 2 months, but we’re moving across the country and are looking to start a nanny share in New Haven in January 2022. This timeline is flexible.
Ideally, we’d like a child a similar age to ours, he’s born February 2022. Our ideal family share has a child born around the same time, give or take a month or two. It’s just easier with schedules and play time.
Generally speaking we are flexible hosting or not hosting, and prefer 9-5 hours but have flexibility. We can do either 4 days or 5 days a week. Both of us work remotely and have home offices.
Our ideal family and nanny are happy on the go! Weather permitting we expect our child to be outdoors every day, going to playground and neighborhood walks is a must. We have a double stroller, and our child naps well on the go. That said, we will have space in our house for two kids to sleep and play for either part of the day or the whole day, depending on the season.
Thanks!
