The most important part about being a nanny is being fun and open with children. You have to allow children’s minds to grow and help sculpt them into being the best version of their little selves. I think it’s good to be a safe space for children next to their parents.

My favorite nanny moment was when I was wearing baby pink nail polish and this 4 year old girl asked me what color it was and insisted I begged her mom to allow her to paint her nails this color and reminded me for weeks, until her mom gave her permission and she begged me to never change my nail color again. So sweet
