The most important part about being a nanny...
is being loving and caring to each and every child. I am a very empathetic person, I take other peoples emotions into play and I just want every children I have to put their trust in me and to know I have their best interest.
My experience with special needs children...
I have 2 cousins with autism, my boyfriend is autistic as well. I know their sensory and more. They are all on different spectrums too, so I've learned a couple things about how to engage with them.
