Safety first at all times, teach children to learn and understand safety before anything happens. Common understanding of between parents and nanny about the rules kids needs to follow and support from parents with regards to nannying job so kids won’t get spoiled in the presence and absence of parents in and out the house.As nanny I consider all the kids I cared as my own so I give them 100% of my time, effort and emotion I love them and be gentle with them at all times…..

The most important part about being a nanny...

rules and regulations about the entire job were being discuss before you start the job. That all intended desires for both parties between family and nanny were discussed and followed with slight flexibility along the way. Being a nanny is the most critical part of all jobs because you are working with life of innocent kids that’s not yours, being a nanny requires more careful and attention at all times. In this case nanny should be paid more because parents entrust their full responsibility towards the nanny . Kids has more time with nanny than parents.

My experience with special needs children...

We need to be gentle with them, learn to give them double time of caring because they need special attention as much as normal kids does. We need to be more patient and more loving with these kind of kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My most favorite nanny moment is when your effort is being recognize by the family you wirk with and when they treat you like a part of their family and understand that you are a person with needs as well and being considerate when the needs arises. Both parents and kids are being respectful and have a strong values grounded in the family.
