More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have recently done visiting hours at my childhood elementary school for my college course. I worked with children ages 7-10. My role was to be an aid/assistant for the classrooms I was in, I learned the psychology behind teaching a young child, they each think different so they learn different. Some may need more attention because they may have things going on at home, we just have to understand them.
I also am a first time auntie, my niece is 5 months old, I have learned a lot more now on how to care for infants. I love every moment with her! It's always so easy to love spending time with them!

The most important part about being a nanny...
It matters to ensure their safety and well-being. To create a safe environment where they are comfortable, to provide their basic needs, nurture them and have a supporting environment. It's even greater when you have a strong bond where there is trust among and to respond to the children's needs. It is also a priority to have respect for the parents practices, in the parents parenting styles, routines, and values. Maintaining a professional approach, to be reliable, punctual, and present in the role. It's great to have a strong relationship with the family, this to be trusted and to be a support system.
