Hi! I'm Rubiya! I'm 18. I have experience with special needs children as I helped them when I was in elementary school. I do know how to give CPR but I'm not certified. I have experience with diaper changing,and putting to bed children under 5 as well as helping children under the age of 10 with their homework. I also have experience with keeping up to 5 kids at a time calm, entertained, and quiet(Or keep the noise at minimum). I personally feel that when looking after a child you have to develop a bond with that child so they can want to listen to you rather than bossing the child around and telling her/him/them what to do I also feel that everyone deserves to be heard and understood. I have experience with kids who have ADHD and depression and even if it can be challenging I feel that kids with disorders deserve to be treated equally and humanely. I'm black mixed.
