"To be clear, Jasmine was not my employee. I did have the pleasure of working with Jasmine as a cast-mate in a production of the Broadway musical "James and the Giant Peach" at the Gainesville Community Playhouse, from September - December 2025. Jasmine was consistently diligent about attending rehearsals, as well as learning her dialogue, music, and choreography. The cast included several young children, and Jasmine served as a good role model for all of them, demonstrating expected behaviors, and interacting with them effectively and appropriately throughout the production. My own children are all adults now, so this is hypothetical, but I would have been very comfortable employing Jasmine directly as their nanny when they were young."
