What matters to me being a nanny, is understanding the person's property and knowing that you are responsible for that child in that time while that parent is gone making sure you're respectful to the child that you were looking after, Being respectful to the house that you are a guest in. Being allowed to watch their child is so very important as well to respect the family that you're working for, as well as the kid/kids that you're sitting.
