I have a strong background in childcare, ranging from newborns to teens, with tons of hands-on experience. I’ve taken several childhood development classes, which taught me everything from babysitting to creating fun, educational activities for preschoolers. Growing up, I also took care of and babysat my little brothers and cousins, so I’m no stranger to caring for kids of all ages. With my experience and passion for working with children, I’m ready to help make every day fun and meaningful!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love interacting with children, especially in a time when many of them spend so much time on electronics! To offer a fun distraction, I enjoy painting with them, reviewing the alphabet, baking together (depending on their age), and doing outdoor activities. These hands-on experiences help keep them engaged and learning in a creative way!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite part about being a nanny is definitely the children themselves! I believe kids are full of joy and unique personalities, which makes nannying feel more like an exciting activity than a job. For me, the most important thing is making sure the child is well cared for and always acknowledged. At a young age, it’s so important to keep a smile on their face and create a positive, loving environment where they feel valued.

My experience with special needs children...

Although I haven’t worked one-on-one with special needs children independently, I have experience working alongside aides and have spent a lot of time being around and engaging with them. I understand that they thrive on attention and love being involved in activities. Throughout middle and high school, I participated in various activities that involved working with special needs children, which has given me a deep understanding and appreciation for their unique needs and personalities. I’m confident in my ability to provide care and support in any setting.
