I hold a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education and have taken many continuing education courses over the years.
My strengths include creating a a calm and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. I believe in working closely with parents and doing things they way they want them done. I don't think there is one right way to care for a child that works across the board: every child and family is unique.
