Congratulations on the birth of your new baby! This is both an exciting and exhausting time, and if you’re first time parents, you may also feel overwhelmed! That’s why you need me! My name is Jennifer, and I am a registered nurse with 4 years of bedside post partum experience. My favorite patients have always been my first time moms because I enjoy educating on how to care of your newborn. I take pride in seeing my parents’ confidence grow as the days lead up to discharge. The reality is though, that when you get home and it’s just you and baby, you may still need support and guidance. I am more than happy to provide my services, and answer whatever questions you may have. I can help with breastfeeding support and education. Feel free to get a good nights sleep while I keep an eye on baby to manage feedings and diaper changes. If it’s possible, let’s meet before your delivery and make a plan for when you come home.
