Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked in a variety of positions in the childcare sphere. I've been doing it professionally for the past three and a half years. I started off as a volunteer camp counselor, and have been a live in/out nanny, as well as a daycare teacher. I have experience assisting with homeschooling education and tutoring up to elementary school, as well as light housekeeping. I'm not the best cook in the world but I can make all the child favorite staples and would be willing to learn more.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love art, anything to do with crafting! Crayons and markers are classics, but clay or yarn is always fun and silly. I love to be outside, so Florida weather permitting a walk around the neighborhood, out to the park as much as possible is ideal. And if all fails, books, books & more books.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Consistency. Life is chaotic at the best of times so flexibility is a must but I think kids thrive with stability and appreciate routine (without boredom!). I'm looking for something long term, in the 25-35 hr per week range, until at least November 2025.

Letting Z(7) have full reign of all the contents of my makeup bag and coming away looking more like a dragon than a person. The glitter was stubborn but the giggles were worth it.
