Making a positive difference in the child(ren) life and the family as a whole. When you are a nanny, you are a huge part of their life. Everything you say and do reflects on both the children as well as the parents. However the most important part is TRUST... self explanatory. Parents can't leave for work everyday and give 100% if they aren't comfortable that their babies are being cared for just as they would care for them if they were home.
