Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I have tons of little cousins and I love to play with them every chance I get. In the summer there is sports like soccer, baseball, tennis, and loads else. Of course they’d have to be age appropriate but that is easy to accommodate. Another thing children love in the summer is the water! Local pools (indoor and outdoor alike) are accessible easier since I have a car and a drivers license. Other things that could be done with the youngins is as follows, but not limited to, reading, writing, coloring, running, hiking, watching a movie, playing a board game, making a new game, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I’ve worked in a daycare for a semester (a sunday school daycare). My favorite moment has been when these two boys come, they love trains and to point them out to you. The church is right beside a train track so they absolutely adore it when they pass by! The pure joy that I see in their faces is absolutely adorable, they point out every train as if we can’t see or hear it too! So precious.
