I enjoy engaging children in activities that encourage learning, creativity, and active play. Some of my favorite activities include reading books, arts and crafts, sensory play, building with blocks and LEGO, puzzles, outdoor walks and playground time, imaginative play, baking simple treats together, music and dancing, educational games, and age-appropriate science or nature activities. I also enjoy helping children build confidence, independence, and social skills through positive encouragement and structured routines while creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

My experience with children with special needs comes from being the primary caregiver for my two sons, both of whom have autism. Through this experience, I have developed a strong understanding of supporting children with different communication styles, sensory needs, and developmental abilities. I am experienced in creating structured routines, using patience and positive reinforcement, assisting with transitions, supporting daily living activities, and helping children feel safe and comfortable in new environments.
