A little bit about me

I have worked with all populations with students in both autistic and regular education for over 25 years. My knowledge is based on my experience obtained from BA in psychology, working in my own daycare, special education, public school, (RBT) Registered Behavior Technician, and workshops provided by NJEA, and school districts.
As a one-on-one I have worked with many (ABA) Applied Behavior Specialists and School Counselors and Psychologists, which has provided me with insights and experience of what works, what doesn’t work to improve behaviors, and most importantly what one can do to prevent behaviors.
I also have owned my own in-home preschool, which I have worked with many behaviors, and learning disabilities. As an early childhood teacher, I was required me to wear many hats, which I have experienced the challenges to obtain new experiences to provide them. I believe in guiding my students and not leading them by moving in a direction that interested each one of the children.
