Hi there, my name is Jolene and I'm an energetic and creative 20 year old! I started out my childcare journey in 2016 babysitting kids around the neighborhood and decided I wanted to get further into it. I then started at the boys and girls club in 2022 and quickly became the lead staff on my room. I have mainly worked with 2-3rd graders but do have experience with 3 months-13 years old.I have my food handlers permit, I am CPR certified, and have my own car.
My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special outings when appropriate. I am firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to.
