A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Jordan. I am 24 years old. My husband and I live in Brownsburg with our two daughters. Although, I have not been a nanny I have worked in a daycare setting for the past 5 years. The daycare I was at was a privately owned center that has been recently bought out by a corporation, which I am not as comfortable with. I like to be able to have the freedom to teach the children in ways that work best for the child. I have plenty of materials and resources to teach your children letter sounds, letters, number counting, tracing, and more. I have more experience with children ages infant to four years old, but I am willing to watch children of older ages. I look forward to being able to get to know your family in the future!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

As a teenager, I worked in a church daycare class and had multiple families I babysat for. When I graduated in 2013 I began working at a local daycare. I have been with the infants, two year olds, two and a half year olds, three year olds, and four year olds.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Learning wise, I love to help them learn to trace and learn their colors, numbers, and letters through different games and activities. I have multiple science experiments I have done with my classes previously, in multiple age groups, that the kids loved! I also love to take them outside. With my own children we love going to the zoo, park, and pool!

The most important part about being a nanny...

is being able to work one on one, or in a smaller setting if with siblings, with children to help the develop their skills.

My experience with special needs children...

I have previously cared for a child with Autism in my class, but that is the most experience I have with special needs.
