My past job from over the summer. I worked around 40 hours per week with this truly phenomenal group of kids. My coworkers and I always put our best into making every day engaging for all the kids, and we all were independent and had really strong problem solving skills. I also tend to use gentle parenting techniques to help diffuse and de-escalate situations.

I have a Pinterest boards of crafts and ideas that I lead over the summer that were a hit. We made forts, created field day type activities, had races, played basketball, drew with chalk, board games, and a lot of other crafty activities and games.
