Hi! My name is Julia, and I’m a junior at Salisbury University, studying Elementary Education. I graduated from Point Pleasant Boro in 2022 and spent years at Shore Dance Center, where I was a student assistant, helping younger dancers.

I have experience babysitting children of all ages and absolutely love working with kids. I believe in keeping children active and engaged, so we won’t be staying inside all day! I love taking kids out to enjoy the day—whether it’s a trip to the beach, a walk along the boardwalk, age-appropriate rides, or exploring town and soaking up the fresh air. Parents should be comfortable with me driving their kids to these kinds of outings as part of my care routine.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy taking kids out to do fun and engaging activities. I’ll take them to the beach, go for walks around town, drive them to the boardwalk or reservoir, or spend time outdoors exploring. We also have access to a pool next door, which we use often and treat like our own. Occasionally, I’ll bring the kids to my house to play—my two golden doodles are great with kids and always love having them over.

I’m experienced with kids of all ages, and I make sure every activity is safe, age-appropriate, and enjoyable.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve had the privilege of working with children with special needs both at my dance studio and through babysitting. At the dance studio, I worked closely with students who had special needs and held them near and dear to my heart. Helping them grow and succeed in a supportive environment was truly rewarding.

For the past four years, I’ve also had the joy of babysitting an incredible little girl with special needs. She lights up every room she walks into and brings so much happiness to everyone around her. Being part of her life has been such a meaningful and enriching experience, and it’s deepened my passion for working with children of all abilities.
