I was a summer nanny for a family with triplets for three years. I was with them from ages 8-11 and also had my sister ages 5-8 during that time. When they became more independent I began with a family taking care of one 6 year old boy and now this summer I have his younger brother aswell.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is being engaged with the kids. Giving them my full attention is SO important to form relationships and to properly care for them. I am not a huge fan of screen time and would much rather do an activity with them!
