A little bit about me

I am a recent masters graduate and professional freelance violinist and teacher. At this point in my life I have a lot of extra free time aside from my musical work and am seeking another full time job to supplement my income. I have previously worked as a daycare teacher as well as a nanny and absolutely adore children. Unfortunately I am unable to have any right now which is one of the reasons why I enjoy being a nanny so much. I am also a huge education advocate and love exploring the vast ways of learning that each individual child has. I will be more than willing to help with school work if needed especially musical studies as that is my strong point. I am perfectly comfortable with pets as I have two dogs myself, one big and one small.

Music is my absolute favorite to do with children! I also believe it to be important for children to have plenty of outside play and exploration when the weather permits of course. I love sticking to educational activities that will build a child’s skills.
