Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started babysitting at 16 then at 18 I worked at a daycare for about 2.5 years. Over the summer before the start of the 2024-25 school year I nannied two children until November of ‘24. Once I started with the school I was trained as a Para 2 working in a Gen.Ed classroom with a student, and then in an SC program for a couple months. End of that year, over the summer, I got my CBT cert and am now working 1:1 with a student in 1st grade.

I LOVE arts and craft. Anything to get their brains moving and keep them engaged whether that be indoors or outdoors I love to explore their creative abilities!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Providing a save and living environment for any child in my care. I want them to have fun but still understand the importance of safety and kindness.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked directly with special needs children for a year and half, before that I had students at my daycare center that were on the spectrum that I absolutely adored. I love being able to assist them in any way they need and help they grow to their full potential.
