Hi! I’m Kaitlin and I am looking for a full time Nanny position near Manchester, PA.

About me:
I acquired my Early Childhood Education Certification from Berks Career and Technology Center. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well as having experience as a house manager and Live-in Nanny as well. In my previous 3 Nanny positions I supported children and families with lesson planning, helping get children to and from daily activities and engaging children in learning and staying active. As house manager I assisted the families with grocery shopping, appointment planning, meal prep, household laundry and pet care as well as being an extra support for the families while traveling. I would hope to find a family with a similar philosophy to mine. Rooted strongly in empathy, emotional awareness, hands on learning, and nurturing creative play through self directed activities. I enjoy all things music. Whatever it is that the children and I are doing, there will always be music on! I am a big fan of reading and supporting children as they start learning to read on their own! I enjoy being outside of the home and introducing children to new things by allowing them to explore new places safely.

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting and nurturing relationship with the children in my care. I also believe good communication with parents is key. I respect their values and routines so the child has consistency at home and with me.
