"Kaity has a very upbeat personality. She has a way to connect with kids that not many have. My son is HFA and she was patient with him and knew when he was done with and activity and had another ready for me to move on to. She learned his interest and prepared lessons based on those so that my son could be engaged. My son until this day talked about the titanic and weather lessons he got from her."

"Kaity is very knowledgable in early childhood and elementary school-aged care and it showed! She required little to no instruction, was skilled in multiple tasks, and is extremely trustworthy. The kids and I felt safe and comfortable with her. She's amazing and someone I highly recommend."

"Kaity is a natural leader. She is extremely knowledgeable about childcare and regulations and helped make our daycare the best it could be. She’s passionate about taking care of kids and helping them have a wide variety of fun experiences. I remember she dressed up for Halloween and it made the day more special for the little ones. I definitely recommend her as a nanny to anyone wanting someone who is actively engaged in their children’s development and entertainment."

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is safety of course, however, beyond that and in the children's eyes, it is building a strong relationship with each child. Children need to feel safe, loved, and important to their grown ups and need to feel like they can grow to be who they will be and nannies have a huge impact on that and I strive to make a difference in each child's lives I touch.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a class with ages primarily 4-6 and we did a year reading one Magic Tree House book a week and did lessons surrounding the places where the characters adventured in. Using reading, writing, food projects, science, arts and crafts, water play, and more, the students learned about many different places and activities such as China, the jungle, animals, Titanic, and even mythology.

Hi, My name is Alexis! I am a responsible and caring Graduate from UCF with a passion for working with children. I have roughly three years of experience in working with children and I am looking to expand that! I graduated with my Bachelor in Psychology in May of 2024 and looking to pursue a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids, engaging them in creative activities, and helping them grow and learn. I have been a Sitter before and have adapted quickly to different family dynamics, individual child needs, and household rules. In the past I have assisted parents with various tasks, managed bed time routines, etc. I am not currently First Aid or CPR Trained but I would be more than happy to do so!
