Hey, I'm Kaiya! I'm 24 and a big kid myself, so I love hanging out with little ones. I can help with cooking, cleaning, entertaining the kids, running errands, and even helping with pets. I've only had one nannying job, but I'm always around kids with both my family and my boyfriend's family. Kids are so much fun, I love them at all ages – they really are just so fun and teach you so much, so I'm happy to work with any age range. My mom also worked with adults with disabilities, so through that, I've had experience working with children with Down syndrome and autism, and I'm great with that too!

I feel its really bonding with the kids and becoming about of their life. Children go through so much and its important to them to know they have other support systems out there besides their parents!

My experience with special needs children...

I have children with Autism in my family, my mom also workes with adults with disabilities. Im patient and think I could handle it but I have never been one on one.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Probabaly when I was watching the sweet 7 year old I used to nanny for. That kid did parkour all day, everyday. And one day he totally accidentally did a front flip over the couch. To this day I really have no idea how he stuck thay landing but it was extremly impressive and very funny! We didnt do anymore flips after that, but it was a very silly day I remember foundly!
