Is that your awareness and attention span must be at a high level. Need to be mobile for energetic kids. Strict but not TOO strict as to where the kids aren't having fun but to the point where they know where the line is and can’t pass it. Be responsible for all actions and hold accountability. Be nice, respectful and neat.
