I am 20 years old and have worked in childcare since I was 13. I started as a helper at 13, took the role as a assistant at 15, moved to my own location at a in-home daycare as a lead caregiver and teacher at 18 and worked as the lead until I was 20 when I had to move on from daycare due to financial reasons. I have worked in childcare for 7 years along with babysitting / nannying a few of the families after work or on weekends. I am CPR and first aid certified. I’ve worked with ages newborn to 12 years old. I have experience caring for and teacher, learning each child individually to create plans for their growth. I was also responsible for tracking their care and growth, keeping the house cleaned and toys organized, and caring for up to 15 children at once.
