I have exstensive exsperience with special needs children. I worked in a daycare facility for 3 years and was a live in Nanny for 5 years for 2 children as well. Today I have 5 of my own children 3 of which have different disabilities. All but 2 are teenagers now and have made incredible progress. I believe at this time in my life I am capable of giving back to the community and helping parents with younger children manage a work life balance without the worry of child care issues.
