I have been a mother for 12 years. My oldest is a kind, gentle girl, and very bright. My 9 yr old son is sweet, caring, and active. We all have ADHD, which is fun and challenging, but it has made me a better parent. Learning how to help my kids face the challenges of this disorder really shaped a lot about how I respond to any child who is having difficulties. I also having significant training as a first responder into autism and childrens unique medical presentations.
