A little bit about me

I'm a veteran child care teacher with two of my own children. Over 10 years experience as a teacher. Worked as a nanny for several short and long term positions. My own children have special needs, and I have a plethora of experience in other special care needs and disorders. I have a big heart and a calm voice. I am known at work at my childcare as the toddler whisperer. I absolutely love working with that age group. I adore working with older kids as well, I'll play board games or hide and seek or (if it's okay with parents) go to the park and actively play with the kids. Give me a text if you're looking for a nanny/sitter in the Spokane/Valley area. [phone number hidden]

She was willing to stay late or come in early whenever she was needed, always someone you could count on. Melissa was a phenomenal teacher with all grade levels. I could put her in any room from toddlers to school age and know that she was able to handle it. Melissa is definitely someone I would allow to watch to watch my children at any time."

"Sara was the best nanny I’ve ever had! Before my son was school age he spent the majority of summer in her care while I worked. She took him to the park, pool, library or to the lake everyday. She’s just such a caring person and mom herself! Was honestly a godsend and if I need even a sitter randomly she’s the one I call first!"

A little bit about me

Hi everyone!
I am a hands on, baby wearing, booboo kissing nanny that loves to sing, dance and play outside all day rain or shine.
My favourite age to work with is infants because they grow so much every single day.
It's amazing to see how beautiful the trees are or the first snowfall through a child's eyes and I feel so lucky to get to be apart of their individual journeys.

I have studied one year in E.C.E. and one year in psychology pre-covid
I am daycare teacher certified, just recertified as a special needs caregiver, and am in school to be a full spectrum Doula with BAI.
I have all relevant trainings for childcare up to date (CPR/AED/FIRST AIDE, Oregon trainings).
I am fully vaccinated, wear a mask, and sanitize regularly.

A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Ayla Nichols and working with children is my passion in life. I’m 19 years old, I graduated high school in May, and I’m planning to be a teacher.

I’ve already been working with kids for over 6 years, most recently as a paid nanny for the last 6 months. She’s one now, but I’ve worked with many families and kids of all ages.

I take pride in my work and I always strive to do the best I can by teaching, playing and enriching constantly. I can’t help but love every kid I work with and making sure they feel that while still effectively teaching them right from wrong.

I’m hoping to work with a family for years and be a loving and positive influence that will make a lifetime difference.

"I have 4 boys and Ari was our nanny for around 5 years. We struggled to find a fit nanny for our boys for a while just because a lot of people won’t baby for 4 boys. However, Ari stepped up and immediately showed us that she could handle this and that she was responsible enough to take on four boys. While Ari worked for us she did small things around the house like a little bit of laundry as well as making dinner and snacks for the kids. She also took the boys to their practices and all afterschool activities. I think what they most liked about Ari is the fact that they were able to go do something new every week something outdoors something fun something to let their energy out. My entire family is so beyond devastated, especially our oldest after having to move and find a new nanny. If we could’ve taken Ari with us, we would have. The last day that Ari was with us lots and lots of tears were shed, but what I know for a fact is my boys made the best memories."
