• I monitored a 2 year old boy.

• I prepared them for the day, I’d dress them, do their hair, change their diapers etc.
• I read books, basic learning games, building blocks, sensory toys.
• I’d clean their room before I’d leave every day.
• I did it in august through October months in South Carolina in 2019. I would work 6am-5pm and I’d
give her her medication every morning.

My experience with special needs children...
I watch a little girl that has cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, oral dysphagia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and a seizure disorder caused by a lack of oxygen during labor and delivery. She was later diagnosed with autism as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Watching them grow. But my favorite memory is watching them dance to there favorite song and just be so happy.
