I like working with kids because I've always loved helping with kids. To me kids have always been a lot of fun to be around when they play I play with them. When they want to settle down and watch a little bit of paw patrol, Pj masks ext. i'll watch with them. I have my own almost 2 year old daughter and always love playing and watching her favorite shows with her.

I’m looking for a job that will allow me to make a connection with the children and be able to babysit them long term. I'm okay with a one time job just much rather be a constant sitter for the same family

I started working with kids when I was in high school. I would help once a month at my old churches nursery. I also helped with boys and girls club here and there. I babysat 2 young boys for a while and enjoyed that very much.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I volunteered at my churches Nursery in high school. I also volunteered at boots and girls club in high school. I babysat 2 young boys for a while at one point and absolutely loved watching and playing with them.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I like to play indoors or outdoors with kids. I enjoy doing creative projects with them. I also wouldn’t mind a little bit of down time where we watch some awesome paw patrol and others.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think what matters most about being a nanny is the connection established with the nanny and children. Changing babysitters every time one’s needed can be hard on a child if they love how one plays and interacts with them rather than the rest. Having someone who can be a nanny for one family or work another family into their first nanny schedule is important because kids start to gain an attachment to some people and when it’s switched on them and it’s someone new it could be harder for them to adjust.
