"We are lucky that Kathy was available when we needed her. She provides quality care based on patience, kindness, and consistency. We have 2 children, and Kathy was with us over 2 years. Kathy's Montessori experience shows through her choices of constructive play activities and age-appropriate chores. For example, my toddler plays crafts with cut paper and glue, paints, beads, and more, and she picks up her own toys and helps fold laundry. Kathy is great at working together with us to make consistent routines, while also being flexible enough to handle the unexpected and maintain an easy-going atmosphere in our home. For example, nap time might not be at the same time every day, but the routine of potty, book, and tuck-in always sets the expectation of calm sleepy time. When Kathy moved away, it was a great loss to our family. I cannot begrudge the desire to be near her grandkids, so I wish only the best for her and the next lucky family."
