My name is Kaitlyn and I’m a married stay at home mom to a one year old! I graduated with a degree in Psychology from Liberty University in 2022. I briefly worked at CHKD’s mental health Children’s Pavilion, then married my husband and welcomed our baby boy into the world not long after. I have always loved caring for children, and since having my own, that nurturing tendency has only grown in size. I would love to help families by taking care of the little ones they love the most!

I have an extensive background volunteering in children’s church for various church ministries. I also worked at CHKD’s mental health facility where I assisted children with various mental health challenges and provided emotional support to them.

I love fostering an environment of play and creativity. Whether it’s outside or inside, there’s always fun to be found! I love taking walks and playing “I spy” or similar games while strolling. Or making up fun games as we go! I’m very artistic, so I love coming up with different crafts for littles to get their hands dirty and make fun memories with!

My experience with special needs children...

While working at CHKD, I had the opportunity to work with many different patients who had various diagnoses, including but not limited to those with special needs. I have a heart for helping all children, including those who may need extra love and support.
