A little bit about me

Hello there! My name is Katie . I am currently a freshman at Carlow University with a major in Art Education, but I'm planning to take the second semester off to work full time in childcare. I have five solid years of babysitting experience, but growing up helping take care of a little sister that's 12 years younger than me and two younger brothers, I learned to care for children even before I started babysitting. I learned responsibility, childcare and role model skills early so they come very naturally to me now. I would describe myself as very dependable and I am very compassionate, patient, and creative and have a strong background in art and the outdoors. I worked at a summer camp a couple summers ago in day camp with kids 4-12 who physically or mentally couldn't stay overnight but still wanted a camp experience, so I also still have the state required background checks, I'm also CPR and heartsaver certified. I️ have my own car and can do pickups, drop offs as well as light housework and meal preps. My schedule is very flexible. I️ hope to hear from you!
