Hi there! I’m a mama to a sweet 7 month old baby boy. I am originally from Panama City, and my husband and I have lived in Panama City for the past two years. I have a master’s degree in sport and performance psychology and specialize in building confidence. I’ve been working with athletes, students, and with the military for almost 10 years and am looking to slow down and enjoy being a mom.
