For the past 15 years, I’ve built a professional career in government service, most recently as an Analyst with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, until being laid off in 2025.
While that transition was difficult, it also became a meaningful turning point. It has given me the opportunity to be more present at home as my son, now 16, finishes his final years of high school.
Becoming a young, single mom taught me firsthand that “it takes a village,” and how essential it is to have reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy support.
I am seeking a caregiving role where I can bring that same level of care and dependability to another family. I respect family routines and I’d be happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision.
