I have experience in a healthcare setting that strengthened my ability to care for others. I worked at Doral Health & Wellness, where I assisted elderly patients by helping organize medical records, preparing supplies, and providing support with everyday tasks. That experience taught me patience, empathy, and how to build trusting relationships— skills that are just as important when working with children. I’m now excited to apply those same values and care in a babysitting role.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love spending time with kids and keeping them engaged in fun and meaningful ways. Some of the activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts like coloring, painting, or making DIY projects. I also enjoy reading books and making story time interactive with voices and expressions.

When the weather’s nice, I’m all for outdoor play— going to the park, playing tag, or riding scooters. I also like educational games such as puzzles and flashcards, and I’m always happy to help with homework when needed.

Music and dance are another favorite— I enjoy singing songs, making up dances, or just having a mini dance party to let out energy. I even like simple baking activities, like making cookies or cupcakes together (with supervision, of course!).

Overall, I try to create a safe, fun, and creative environment where kids can feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part about being a nanny is building a genuine connection with the child and creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they can thrive. It’s more than just watching over them— it’s about being someone they can trust, feel comfortable with, and learn from. I believe in being patient, present, and nurturing, while also supporting the parents by reinforcing routines, values, and positive behavior. Knowing that I can have a positive impact on a child’s growth, confidence, and happiness means everything to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a babysitter was when I arrived at the house and the little boy I cared for would already be waiting by the door. He used to watch the time and get so excited knowing I was on my way. As soon as I walked in, he’d run up and give me the biggest hug— every single time. It was the sweetest reminder of the bond we built and how much he looked forward to our time together.
