Hi Parents! I'm Kayli, a 24-year-old recent college graduate, dog mom of a golden mountain dog named Max. Growing up assisting my mom either her daycare, I've learned everything from diaper changes to keeping kids engaged with fun activities. I also worked as a summer camp counselor for three years at my dad's church , leading groups aged 4-16, planning lessons, field trips, and supervising daily. I have long-term nanny experience caring for 3 kids (6-12 years old), providing transportation, homework help, light chores, and making creative games, etc. I treat kids like my own, ensuring their safety and happiness. I have reliable transportation with my own car and a backup vehicle. My pay preference is a weekly flat rate, with mileage and expenses reimbursement (if applicable). My weekly flat rate is calculated by a base of $22. 50/hr plus $1. 50/hr per additional child, calculations slightly increase for extra duties.
