The most important part about being a nanny...
is making sure the kids feel safe around you and make sure they enjoy the time while parents are gone. its hard to leave parents and to talk them through it is important if there feeling sad about there parent leaving.

my cousin is autistic and i know how to act around children like him. i know how to handle kids with adhd and bahivor issues.
