hello my name is keila Analicia Velez. I’m 18 years old. I literally just graduated from Thomas Edison high school. 5 days ago. I will be attending Nova college next but I’ll tell you a little bit more about me. I love playing outside and another thing I love the most is playing sports. I love working with children I love teaching them new things , how to say new words, how to walk, how to draw , how to use a fork right. you know some things here in there I would say this job is perfect for me because I have really good experience with a child and one thing about me if I’m watching a child I make sure I try to connect with the child so that he/she doesn’t feel uncomfortable around me, Why you ask that I do that? Well some kids don’t like to talk or interact but I make sure no child goes through that I want a child to feel comfortable around me and in his/hers home.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I was watching this 4 year old she was walking outside & she tripped on her shoe so of course I’m going to make sure she’s okay but I go to her and tell her it’s okay. Then I help her get up and she was crying a little but she stopped and said I’m a big girl. I love moments like that when younger children say those exact words
