I have 2 years of experience in childcare. My high school offers a daycare program I was involved with my sophomore and junior year. Which I worked in 3 days a week. I absolutely loved it. Then I took my experience from that and became a part-time nanny for one family for a year in 2024.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I both enjoy indoor/outdoor activities. I love to let kids express their creativity as well as being educational. Indoors I love to do arts and crafts, science experiments, puzzles, etc. Kids imaginations are so free and I love to let them explore what they want to do. Being outdoors is also very important for kids physical health and development, their education, and their social skills. Outdoor activites, I love to play sports, go to parks, nature walks, and chalk drawing!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me is providing a safe, loving, and consistent environment for every child. Being a positive role model is incredibly important, as children learn so much from what they see. I strive to always be the best version of myself.

I have worked with special needs teens in high school. Through my unified classes I took junior/senior year. All though I don't have as much hands on experience with special needs children as Id like to. I am always willing to learn.
