I work for Princess Parties LLC in Louisville, Kentucky as Princess Tiana, so I often get the chance to attend kid-friendly events and host children birthday parties. I interact with the kids and also have gained volunteer experience through this. I gained so much experience through this job, I've been doing for over 4 years and each time feels like a new experience because of the kids.

Is communicating with kids and understanding what they want and help them understand how they feel. I believe kids are very intelligent and deserve a chance to be heard out for their goals, dreams and feelings, so as a nanny, I feel like my main goal would be to help navigate them through their journey.
