What matters to me about being a nanny is the kids feel safe when I’m around. Their happy with me and enjoy being around me. I feel like it’s my job to make sure they are always supervised no matter what. They can have a snack between breakfast lunch and dinner. If you have them on a routine I will follow it. I take them outside to the playground and then come back in wash up eat lay down and take a nap.
