A little bit about me

Hi - my name is Kiara and I am currently a sophomore at Chamberlain University - college of Nursing. I am a certified nursing assistant and also have a certification in MA and EKG. I am also CPR certified. I’ve worked for multiple nursing homes and NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, IL. In addition, I’ve been working with children since I was 14, I started by watching my siblings when they were younger and then progressed into watching children in my neighborhood. I’ve worked with children of all ages. Over the past few years, I’ve primarily worked with infants and toddlers, thought I am comfortable with children of any age. I like to do puzzles and play board games with children, as it keeps them interested. I also enjoy taking children on walks when it’s nice outside, so they are able to get some type of physical activity in. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and drawing.
