A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Kiley! Im currently 22 years old and a para at an elementary school. In the foreseeable future, I plan to be an esthetician and open my own spa one day, selling natural products I make! I love children and have experience with babysitting as well as working in the extended day program for my high school back in 2019. I am very outgoing, love the outdoors, reading, and the beach! I also love all animals, especially dogs and anything in the ocean :) I am very passionate about nutrition and the toxins found in our products/ food so I might start talking about how horrible seed oils are and offer you recommendations on better moisturizer or laundry detergent. I’m a bit of an organized freak, but I’d never “fix” anything without asking first! What works for me doesn’t work for everyone, but I’m more than willing to go the extra mile in any way if it means less stress for you!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have babysat my cousin since he was 3 years old - he is 9 now! I have also been apart of the extended day program at my highschool, where I watched and played with kindergarten - 4th graders after school! My boyfriend’s sister just had a baby and I watch him all the time when needed; he turned one in October! I currently am a para and spend everyday with Kindergarten! I absolutely love my job; it’s taught me so much and has been more rewarding than I anticipated!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love reading, playing outside, painting, play doe, coloring, really anything they enjoy doing! I’m flexible and just want the children I’m watching to have a safe and fun time!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important thing about being a nanny is being someone they can trust and have fun with. Someone who is a role model and a trusted person they can confide in, if need be, or someone they can establish a friendship with, all the while being aware of boundaries.

My experience with special needs children...

I was apart of a best buddies program in middle school. I do not have much experience but I am willing to learn!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have too many! I love babysitting my cousin and one of my favorite things is when he shows me his toys and things he has made in school - he’s very smart and gets super excited and it’s very beautiful to see.
