I have raised my children and my daughter was a US marine and is currently employed a a maximum security guard at the state level , my son is in management ar a large grocery company. I am divorced after 30 years and I thrive when I have people to care for, I am patient , I am not one to change the rules or bend them I believe that until they know the purpose of the rule you can not bend or skip it till the actual respect comes in if a child does nit learn respect they will not give irePect . In my child care classes years ago the lady said when your kid yells at you just look at them and say I am the adult you are the child I love you to much to argue with you now get it Don or take the consequence and it worked wonders I mean wonders !
I am loving good with babies even sick or just spoiled ones .!I am patient and always want to college children every day to encourage learning..

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked in the adult and child care field for about 40 years . I am 54 , and finishing my divorce . I have 4 adult kids , 12 grandkids , 9 nieces and nephews and 23 great nieces and nephew ! I am very capable of getting along with anyone I am a stickler for manors and I also am very good at being a grandma ! I am not materialistic so I like to create crafts from natural items and I believe a child learning anything is good electronics should be a reward pr at least limited . A child's imagination and skills they learn coping, adapting, and imagining are needed in life ! I try to do chores with children and to make almost everyday task a routine .
I am very understanding , I will not debate or argue with a child I will explain I am the adult you are the child and these are the rules and not following them will result in consequences! I do believe in spanking a child I do not believe in bearing a child , I will disapline age accordingly.

My experience with special needs children...

I currently take care of 2 disabled boys with autism , with extrem3ely violent tendency! I am the only one that will watch them currently ! I believe that you gain their trust and knowing their triggers and helping them learn coping skills it important.
