Kimlon was always on time, extremely reliable and I trusted her almost immediately to handle my little one. Her communication was top-notch. She texted me throughout the day to let me know what time feedings, changes and naps occurred. Also, if she had an inkling that she would be late (she never was) she would text me beforehand to let me know.
I wish we could've worked with her for longer but we moved away. I miss her just as much as my little one does."
