More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I work as a nanny for a 4 year old and 7 year old, and have been with them for six months now. I also was a nanny for a family with a 2 year old previously, and another family with a 3 year old. In the past I worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician for about 6 months, where I worked with kids on the autism spectrum to develop behavioral and social skills. I also worked in a Developmental Psychology Research Lab for 2 years, where I interviewed and taught children from ages 5 to 12.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to be outdoors and love helping kids explore! Going to the park is always a wonderful activity, and is a good place to take babies on walks or let toddlers and little kids play. I also love interactive learning activities, and age-appropriate play. Reading books aloud, sensory play, coloring, and dancing and clapping to music are all activities I love to do with infants and younger toddlers. With older kids I find that drawing, playing a game, playing outside, going on a bike ride, and making art are always good activities. I am always open to new activities and learning new things with kids as well!
